"It was ok, decent take and eat, there was a misunderstanding in what exactly got ordered but I will humbly blame myself for not being clear. Service was quick, meat was cooked fresh and was best part of the meal. The rice was ok, par boiled not long grain so not to the quality I expect from hibachi express or not. The shushi was better then some but not my favorite, we didn't eat all of it as some became warm on the drive home and call us crazy neither adult is good with"

"The food in general was ok. The empanadas had no flavor. The bistec encebollado was good but lacked flavor. The mofongo had no flavor and it was dry. It was stuffed with some sort of meat and it was not good at all. The carne frita that came with the mofongo was not fried thoroughly and it was chewy. The only thing that was good was the rice."

"I want to preface this review by saying we only came for the pastries Fresco Cafe offers authentic Mexican food and pastries. You can eat in or take out the food, and there is seating inside and outside. While we came this morning just to check out the pastries, the food menu looked very promising. The pastries were a little dry and not very rich I'm not sure how recently they'd been prepped. We are more used to consuming pastries from places like Edgar's Bakehouse, so the flavor profile we are used to is pretty different. Presentation was good, but there were no prices or labeling on the pastries. The lady working did walk us through what everything was, though! She was super nice. None of the workers had masks on, but they did provide separate tongs for each customer which they sanitized when you were done. We got four pastries and a drink for around $9, which is affordable, but we won't be back for pastries."

"Food was not as I desired. A poor substitute for Firehouse. Service was poor, and they did not fix sandwich as I desired. Didn't offer any combos, drink etc. Just a dry sandwich, no bag. Dry attitude just did not care!"
