"Entree foie gras viande boeuf ( dommage que ce soit moi qui est précisé au serveur la cuisson souhaitée ) parfait, le boeuf aurait pu être un peu plus gouteux ( surtout pour la region) Le dessert au chocolat a mon avis pas maison comme les amuses bouches (du brake de bonne qualité )La cadre est agréable le long de l etang de Merignac ,service avec son maitre d hotel est parfaitUn bon rapport qualité prix pour le midi reste a tester le menu du soirJe reviendrai pour un diner"

"The hotel is very well held. The manager is very well and very concerned about the comfort and well-being of the customers. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Young but effective staff. Fatal jam is sumptuous. Breakfast is hearty. The pool is very nice. I can advise this hotel with closed eyes"
