I then had to pay (about 1pm) and I had arranged for someone else to pick it up at 5:30. it cost me $538.41 I was shocked that it cost about $17.95 a teller for bbq and I really didn't know what to do. but I trusted her that she knew what she was doing and what she did was that I had to pay for a catering package that would feed 80-90 people. more than half of the meat and the side remained through this oversale. the next day I have on a local (I live an hour away from grayson) bbq restaurant, and based on their menu online, I would have put together 4 of their family packages to total 32-40 people with the same choice of pages for $295.96 tax $330.59 and that included texas toast and relish! now I know that I need basic of standard meats only about 16 pies. she paid me for 25 pounds. I only needed 5 gallons of combined sides. she had paid me for about 15-20 gallons. a little bit! I felt that I benefited from it. When my man spoke with nita the next day, she said she would give us a refund. then she changed her mind. during this call she told him I ordered 50 foods. Why should I do that? I had a guest list for 35 and two were children under 10 and when I placed the order, 5 guests and already told us that they could not participate. anyway. she had paid me for enough to feed 100 easy! like the food quality s. it's bbq. So it's all quite the same. however, you should know that the chicken breast and the braut was terrible dry!"
