"We were in the island mull hotel spa during our small road trip, when part of our reason for a short holiday was to get some beauty treatments. the hotel is simple, but beautiful and right next to the craignure ferry terminal that was really handy. we had not planned to eat in the restaurant, but after a series of pampering treatments we felt like having been met by a calmer dart and we had no intention to dare. the restaurant is nothing special to see, it doesn't even look like a restaurant, more like a area to pour out from the main lounge. we have really not expected the amazing quality of the food that would be served. I love steak. this fillet steak, I would make it as a common 2nd place with the butchershop in glasgow, which means that it is a brilliant steak only beaten by quality meats in new york. boiled to order, my steak was on the perfect rare side of the medium, ridiculously juicy and tender, and beautifully carved out. it was immaculate with not a single piece of fat. their sides are generously too many places give them a roasted tomat and they pay for the rest. a nice pfeffersalat, frying of weebentomatie (there is no greater joy and crispy wobble rings. their chips were like cafe chips, so not bad, but I would prefer more male chips (skin on, soft inside and crack outside!) I ordered my favorite bearnaise sauce that was as decadent as they could hope! as I said, eat the start the restaurant is a contrary from the main lounge of the hotel and it does not seem as though it will be too much in terms of quality. it is quiet, next to windows with views of the gardens and the sea, and the personal is beautiful. I was expecting me to be burned just before I settle down for the night. eating is nice and professionally cooked. we said that their chefs work for every diet and everything we had to do was say pro activity with diet demands is something I admire in a restaurant. top notch. Even if it wasn't in the hotel, I would eat there again."
