"I know its great dining..... but when you just want a bar snack..... should be under$20 and probably include a drink..... Your thoughts? Update 25th May 2022 Been quite some time since my last visit to the Currambine...... but turned out to be a good decision The Pork Belly Duo was delicious and the BBQ ribs succulent and whilst still a bit of a top end price, it is top end food."

"We were a party of six persons. All ordered oysters and the kilpatrick style of oyster arrived with all hot filling the smallest oyser we have ever seen and covered with a terrible amount of brown burnt bitter tasting whateverThe oyster mornay was the same small oyster and all mornay.Two of us had the Marron with risotto which once again was stonecold, as if it had been cooked and plated many hours before.My husband specifically asked if the fish was fresh and was toldyes. The fish arrived dry, overcooked and look like it had been microwaved from frozen.Non of the group will be returning to this restaurant.This restaurant I had previousley rang before after having the samedish on numerous occasions ie cold and the Manager argued with meand adivsed me that it had not been cold....(hard to believe.)"

"My wife has been here recently with her mum and had a great meal...we came tonight and I have to say excellent food ,great service and very friendly staffI would recommend this place over oscars (opposite) any day of the week...food is fresh - not frozen and the food is piping hot Thanks guys and we will be back for sure"

"Ordered Chinese through menu log I rang before we ordered to check they had vegan options as my son is highly allergic to egg which they recommended what to go for so we ordered and I even put in the comment section to the restaurant...what needed to be vegan We waited for it to be delivered an hour later the food turned up Thank god my wife dished her self up first as 2 of the dishes we made sure had to be vegan had egg through out now anyone who has a family member who suffers from a severe reaction to certain food will no how dangerous not picking up a mistake buy the Cheif says the manager this could be On calling the restaurant the manager was not apologetic at all and told me the cheif couldn’t read the special instructions that clearly said no egg as he is busy and doesn’t pick up on all the details on every docket "
