"This is the second time since the recent emergency measures were introduced that I go to get food and the younger male chef does not wear masks. the dame puts up her mask when a client goes to eat, but the cook doesn't even try. the main reason why we are faced with such dirty restrictive measures is that the few people who have decided not to be sufficient to wear a mask and wash their hands regularly. my heart goes to all the small companies that are affected by public health measures, and I have made a point to order more often to show support. I will never go back to this business that I really liked, because they do not show their own customers enough attention to most basic hygiene measures that we all need to follow to get through these difficult times, while the number of people who are affected by illness where we can. I am very sad to write this review :"

"French fries dark brown and soggy. Hot dog bun not toasted and all condiments were inside and outside bun. Couldn’t get club sandwich they didn’t have all items to do it."

"Service was terrible that she gave us burned toast and uncooked food. Then tried to charge us twice for the food she messed up. Then before we go, she tells us that the 15% tip is recommended and she spoke badly about us behind our back had never had a full glass of water service: type of meal: breakfast price per person: CA$30–40"

"Well tonight the order was wrong. This happens from time to time. We are foodies and like takout. No biggie! So we call back because we got a fried rice instead of a lo mein. The older lady (I believe its the owner) tells me...its going to be $2 more to get the lo mein. I then as why since there was a mistake and I never ordered the fried rice and she states $2 to keep the fried rice. After asking, she informs me that if I return the fried rice there is no extra charge for the lo mein. So I decide to ask her what she does with the fried rice if I give it back and the lady states trow it away . Well why then shouldn 't I keep it since a mistake was made? Most restaurants don 't ask you to return food that was already delivered. I guess it could be a way of deterring people that might do this for extra food but I have ordered here numerous times and seldom even claim the free fried rice when my order was over a certain amount, if you pay cash... (does CRA want to chime in here). I again inform her that I don 't want fried rice. She states that it 's restaurant policy to get the food back or charge for it. I tell her its a preposterous policy and that they shouldn 't try to charge your customers for their mistakes and should have offered the exchange before telling me it would be $2 dollars more. She turns around and tells me it will be $3 dollars to keep my fried rice and never to call the restaurant back.... I am completely speechless. Not only am I completely angry at the fact that I was made to feel like this was somehow my fault, knowing that food goes back there to be thrown away creeps me out. I wouldn 't trust the buffet... I will never call this place again. Too bad cause most of the staff except the older lady are all kind people. Disguising and not a way to do business."

"I really tried to like and support this coffee shop as it is local and has a potential but I just can't. I gave it a try several times before and coffee just wasn't good and food was nothing special. But after my last visit, I decided to leave a review and since then I have no desire to come back even though it is a very convenient location by the trail and seems like it would be a good spot to go. I have ordered a pumpkin spice latte during my last visit and had a few sips then realized it was way too bitter and I just couldn't drink it. My husband came back to exchange it for the tea and was told he would have to pay for it even though I only had 2 sips of that coffee. He didn't want to argue so he paid and left and we decided it is not a good way to conduct business and will likely not return. Very unfortunate."
