"I like this type of restaurants; it feels like you walk into a Italian living-room'. It is not a big restaurant but that is part of the charm. When we asked something about the menu, the lady (I guess she was the boss), took a chair and sat down at our table to explain. She speaks English with here and there a word of Italian. And we do the opposite. So that worked out fine. The food is nice and honest. Don't expect haute cuisine but just good Italian food. All of us liked the dishes. We all had something different. We enjoyed the food and service. I would surely recommend this restaurant and if ever in Florence again, I would go again."

"Just up from San Lorenzo market, in fact we left the building and found ourselves right back in the midst of this! We had a great time wandering around for about 20 minutes looking at all the different foods the market has different sections it appears for meat, fish, veg, oils etc. I think we went in the main entrance and there was a deli counter very close with loads of tourists queuing up etc. if you walk past and keep going all the way through you find other counters that don't really have anyone there apart from the odd local so try these. Really interesting and a nice break from the heat outside."

"Very based on rice, good flavors, I recommend the appetizer with the heart. I recommend in general the appetizers (to which I did not take the photo.) honest prices, I also recommend to taste the typical beer, the dark in particular particular taste!"

"I was not able to find a dedicated menu and it was a little confusing, but I just got gf pasta marinara and it was good. it was a little nerve crack without a separate menu. my server was good, but we just have to have come to a strange time - 2:30 right before they closed so that he wasn't the most helpful. I am not sure if I would recommend this to go as the best option for a zöliakie, although I felt good after eating. other restaurants in florenz have more possibilities are more accommodation."
