"We recently got married at The Glasbern Inn and I cannot say enough good things! The venue, food, and staff were amazing. They helped us have the wedding of our dreams, and I can’t say thank you enough! The staff was attentive, kind, friendly, and helped ease the stressful moments of the day. "I usually don't place bad reviews, but my experience was so bad that I want to warn others. Today was my father's 70th birthday. None of us are from the area, so we asked a place where we go for good Italian cuisine. They recommended Giovanni, so we decided to try. When I came to the restaurant, I told the gentlemen behind the counter that I had baked a cake for my father's birthday. I asked politely if I could store the cake in the refrigerator while we ate, the gentlemen were very nice and he said he would see if he had room in the refrigerator. We decided to keep only the cake near us on the table. Later, when it was time to cut the cake, my husband asked if they had a lighter to illuminate the candles. A woman who worked there gave us one. I asked her if we could have forks and plates. She answered rudely by saying that they sold dessert there. I guess she didn't like me with cake. I told her I already asked the gentlemen if it was okay. She gave me forks, but refused to give us plates. We ate the cake on napkins. I have never experienced such an inhospitable person in the food industry. We spent a good amount of money for our food as it does not eat a cheap place and then be treated so badly after spending the money feels terrible. Luckily my father was still in good spirits and her bad attitude did not spoil our celebration. That said I'd think twice before I come here."

"Great customer service! I took one bite of the Greek Gyro meat I ordered and it was super over the top salty, I couldn't eat any more, I told the person who gave me my order, his name was Anthony, and he offered to replace with beef but I asked for the Fish Strips, instead, and he made me a fresh batch. He mentioned that they don't add any salt on the gyro meat so it would've come that way from the supplier. Please, Arby's, fix the salt on the gyro meat..."
