"We have let ourselves in for brunch, which was really delicious and a nice healthy alternative to breakfast with fake meat. It consisted of avocado, cherry tomato, spinach, mushrooms, potato roast, baked beans and grain bread, which was a good portion size for a reasonable £7:50. Service was friendly and prompt, will definitely try again some other menu items as I noticed a nice looking homemade vegan black bean and beetroot burger on the menu."

"Have eaten there three times. Once for dinner and twice for breakfast. This little gem was opened recently by Mark chef and partner Charly front of house , who are both highly experienced in the art of food prep and presentation. I think this is their first restaurant, which they have designed and fitted out themselves with the help of family and friends. Their professionalism is married beautifully with their own personalities to make a cosy, fun, high quality eatery at reasonable prices. Perfect for meat and plant based eaters alike for a memorable meal out with friends and family. Recommend calling ahead to book as they are consistently full!"

"Absolutely incredible vegan local) restaurant! Food here is out of this world good. Chefs are super talented clearly put a lot of love care into their product, it shows. Vegan or not, I can't see why anyone wouldn't enjoy it here. Food is amazing, atmosphere and staff are great. We came here a lot when it was located down the harbour arm, so looking forward to spending a lot more time in the newly revamped restaurant in the middle of town. Honestly well worth a visit for all. Keep up the good work Dr Legumes"

"Tip’s wok box is a nice little authentic thai takeaway from tip that is a really sweet lady. even though they serve sad meat, there are several vegan meals with tofu, vegetables and rice/noodles and sometimes vegan specialties (like panang curry with tofu). the tofu-hemaparn (tofu stir fried with cashewnüsse, soy sauce, tweezers, paprika, chili and ananas) with rice is so good. I recommend calling in advance to place their order so they don't have to wait as it can be occupied and everything is freshly cooked to order in a tiny kitchen. I also recommend ordering large size, as it only enjoys an extra £ 1.50, but almost twice the size of the standard!"

"Stopped in Folkstone for the first time, upon arriving my family and I ventured to The Bouverie Tap. Highly enjoyed the authenticity of the pub, and the personable staff. Dani our server was great! Suggesting a variety of drinking options to try. Additionally, I recommend you try the fish and chips, you won’t be disappointed. Atmosphere was great!"
