"Ordered a house special chow my as usual with a Chinese takeaway. very reasonable portion for £6.50 thin noodles, which makes much difference genuine tiger garnel well cut to size meat peices sauce is thick and tasteful in contrast to thin and oily. credit card payments clean device friendly staff no chiffel. only reason I can't give 5*"

"The taste of the food can't be faulted however it went cold very quickly and the end of the meal couldn't be eaten which is disappointing. The room temperature was cool which will have had a bearing on this"

"Love the Mayflower cater to my needs as I'm allergic to nuts and they advise me with everything and tbh most of the meals are fine not like other chippies that won't even serve me chips as they don't know if the oil contains peanuts....Salt and pepper meals are great with the noodles my fave meal"

"Absolutely avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered 3 pieces of chicken, 2 Regular chips, and 1 regular chips with cheese. The food was ordered with a 1hour delivery time slot. I called after 1hour 30mins to find out where the food is and I got...a blunt answer of were busy its on its way and they hung up. Another 30minutes later food finally arrived and to my suprise the cheesy chips were missing!! Called back and was told by a nice young man that he can't deal with it the boss has to do it as I don't know how to work out the order machine.(fair enough) 1 hour later I decided you know what I've had enough now as family has eaten by now and I've still had nothing so as you can imagine I'm quite pissed off by this point so I call them back. So 3 hours after the time I ordered the boss answered the phone and kicked off said I'm a liar and was told to piss off and he definitely put the food in that bag so I hung up the phone. Contacted just-eat received a full refund and the matter is being taken up higher with just eat due to the disgusting behaviour the boss has.(phone call was recorded and sent to them, they are not happy) Ordered somewhere else and finally got to eat some food after 4 hours. Unfortunately other reviews on just eat also seem to be very similar to mine with massive delays on food and very rude staff. Stay clear before it ruins your night!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"We must have picked a bad day, with a private party going on in the conservatory and the staff working flat out. We didn't mind waiting, our main gripe was that it was absolutely freezing in the room. There was no brown bread option for...sandwiches and our cherry scones were flat and hard and exploded on cutting. The mushroom soup was delightful."
