"Dined here one Sunday night with friends. Not a lot to choose from on the menu and the sides a bit dear. But some cheap mains which was good Chicken schnitzel chips and gravy $16Burgers and chips under $18Massive and delicious for the price. Share plate and porky knuckles we huge. Only one staff on but he was run off his feet but doing a great job."

"Have been coming to this restaurant for many many years. They NEVER disappoint ... the cuisine is delicious and plentiful, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. Prices are really reasonable. Highly recommend if you want great value for money and a happy tummy."

"Good size and tasty servings. Enjoyed dumplings, satay chicken and rainbow beef. The fried dumplings were moist and tasty. Rainbow beef cooked just right not overcooked or dry. Steamed dumplings were very plump. Very good!"

"We really enjoyed our meal here. The meatballs, and the vegeburger, were excellent. The set combinations looked good, but what made it really outstanding was that you can combine meatballs (of several different and interesting flavours) with your choice of accompaniments (I had spicy pork meatballs on grilled field mushrooms with tomato chilli jam). So the meals do not need to be heavy, and the choices are really wide (from gnocchi to kale). I would think that anyone could find a really satisfying meal on this menu."

"We visited as family of 3. we were a few years ago and it still suggests it is pretty good and popular made. the first thing I notice is how sticky and dirty the menus are. in a coviding world, I thought. most places had improved in this area! we ordered and the food was quick to appear and service ok not excessively friendly but standard. we received the hopsticks I am aware of is the norm, but had to stand up to ask for a fork instead of eating especially with the young child. I could not help but notice how filthy was the entire restaurant, from the service area, to the walls, rocking, sitting, menus, doors. it was all in a serious cleanliness. my daughter had to go to the toilet much to my frightening and they were disgusting. I appreciate the building and the amenities are old, but there was no excuse for this unevenness. I couldn't enjoy my meal when it's area that sunk, how is the kitchen?"

"First time trying the Korean BBQ experience and my partner and I were not disappointed. Host and staff were very welcoming and friendly, food was delicious! for what we got we were expecting it to cost us a little more but we were surprised at how much it actually come to, very affordable pricing. We had a great time and we will definitely be going back."

"Ordered two meals from here and had them delivered to the apartments I was staying in. Not sure how they can call themselves Gourmet though as the food was pretty substandard especially your Greek salads. This resembled a pig trough for me and tasted pretty woeful as well. The food also took forever to deliver as well even though they were only 5-10 minutes up the road. Lime is off my radar now."

"Took my Mum here for breakfast when we visited Newcastle in November. Great menu selection and very friendly/efficient staff. Coffees were great, so that was a good start! All of our breakfast selections were generous sized serves and full of flavour. Would happily visit again...on our next trip to see family."
