"Was here a few times the last time was Friday 13, and always found the food nice and the staff always nice and friendly. if they live too far away for delivery, so can not comment on this page. have had a few times their lunch special, with my children, and it's good. we especially like her flat brot."

"Absolutely heartbroken to be asked to leave when myself and a friend visited today as our babies were crying. I left in tears as any new mum would! They have highchairs and baby changing facilities but are clearly not family friendly. Appalling treatment and disgusting service."

"There are two places for pie mash in Romford: Robins and McDowell's. It has been difficult trying to dine at McDowell's because I always get there late and they are closed but I was lucky that day and it was still open so I had to have it even though I was going to dinner. Just another pie mash place I thought but the portions here are big and you get lots of liquor. Trying the liquor first, it was really flavourful and you can really taste the grassiness of the parsley. The mash was just your regular lumpy mash but adding salt and chilli vinegar to it always makes it tastier. Moving on to the pie, the minced beef was actually quite tasty compared to some other places as it was salty and it tasted like there was marmite in it. However the beef was a bit of a let down because there were so many chewy bits, otherwise it would have been perfect because the consistency was good."

"This is the hammer! toby seems to be a game of half. meat, braided, yorkshires, cauliflower cheese gum (except bark meat rather fat.) but. drowned. not enough other sweet. I was ignored by the employees at the arrival. the watch on our table was excellent! carvery chef pleasant. restaurant. clean and we sat where I had asked. no toilet paper again! this happens when we go (ladies, take their own toilet paper with them, as the toilets are obviously not very regularly checked.) eating good. refill for fizzy drinks seem to be the best worth."

"Just don't bother, ordered through just eat, minutes later (after chasing) arrived, not only sauce and items missing, what we had was cold chicken, uncut pitta and when calling to complain staff rude and unapologetic. Since have discovered only a star hygiene...rating. Cannot find a redeeming feature, can't recommend and nearly down."
