"This was my fave place to eat when it was Graze, and it still is now its Market (except the food has got better! . The only problem is we have now moved 30 seconds walk away which means we will be spending far too much time and money here in future. The taster dishes are all superb (took the folks and even they loved it and they a fussy wotsits! . The service is always superb, attentive but not annoying and it's nice to chat about the dishes. They even gave us some free beers as we had to wait for our desert (I didn't even think we'd waited that long ! In fact they gave us a free drink when we went for breaky, that was just for being regulars! It's little things like that that keep u coming back. The only thing that I ever ever eaten here that wasn't amazing was the burger. That was a little dry and there are too many specialist burger places in Brighton doing them better but it's not really what I want to eat when I come here anyway. Did I mention the on tap beer (in schooners it's amazing. Will be back soon (want to try the Sunday roast !"
