"Been going here for 20 years and there food has never changed it’s still taste great and is one of the best around the langford area . Friendly service every time especially if you have gone there as much as me your treated like family .There definitely one of those family owned businesses that you would wish for them too stay a family business and not franchise out or sell out because they would never be the same if they did ."

"Paid a visit to the Langford Tavern (Lazy Bull Bar & Bistro) a few nights back for dinner with mates. The Tavern is a real paradox. It is in a working class suburb and is pretty ordinary in terms of furnishings and fittings. It is certainly not the ‘Ritz’ but is what suits the patrons and the location. The tavern was not particularly busy but a steady stream of patrons came through as the night progressed. The meals took a long time to come out. However, when it did come we found the wait was well worth it. Two (2) of us received our fish and chips and chicken parmigiana first. The other two (2) sat and watched while we gave up waiting for them to get theirs and started eating ours while they were still hot. Their chicken wings, when they came, were freshly cooked and were plump and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. Best of all they were not pushy and were content to let us take our time over the meal. All in all, it was a good night and we certainly did not go away hungry"

"We go to this Restaurant quite often and we are never let down. It was good to see a couple of new items on the menu. The Penang curry was awesome tasting and a generous size and the new items we will be trying again. The remaining items were up to the usual standards"

"Recently moved to Langford BC so the quest begins; where to shop? We tried all of the grocery stores within about three kilometres of our new place. Quality Foods has turned into our foto place. Great staff, spotless clean, well lit, great selection, fresh produce, best deli on the island. There is lots of parking and while most of the drivers parking in the lot are um....they just shouldn't drive. Doesn't matter though, huge lot. It is easy to go around the people who take 20 minutes to park. This is a great store."

"(almost) everything was good the service very friendly and helpful, the sushi delicious and fresh...and the bill came very fast. We were not even asked if we wanted to eat or drink something else, nor did we ask for the bill. That was a little unprofessional."

"Soup and sandwiches at lunch and breakfast until 11 Sandwiches are homemade and huge. A cup of beef barley soup was enough to satisfy my appetite. The service is quick and friendly. Staff were very personable. If there was a small negative, the stainless steel...freezer door in sight from the counter and eating area appeared to have smudges of dried food on the door Although there is seating a various tables in the restaurant, several people ordered food to go."
