"Wow, there are actually more vegan products here than I thought it was! You have a wide selection of vegan pates, vegan sarmales, vegan instant foods. There are so many vegan products that I fell in love with while I lived in Europe and I find them here now. The owner was very helpful in supporting me and I found a lot of vegan items! You even have vegan Tarhana, which was an amazing find! I hope they wear soybean carving one day. It was an amazing vegan versatile meat substitute that I could always find in Romania, Poland and the Czech Republic and I wish I could find it here! Updated by previous review on 2020 06 20"

"We came to Pickles for lunch on a nice sunny afternoon so, the restaurant was busy but, since people were sitting outside, we were able to get a table inside right away. The atmosphere was lively; and the staff were very friendly and diligent. We ordered a Brooklyn Reuben, a Turkey Pesto Panini and a side 1/2 pound of Brisket, along with some drinks. The sandwiches were delicious and definitely satisfying; and all the meats were tender and cooked perfectly. Overall, the service was excellent."

"For my first time trying Indian food I’m glad it was here. I’m Caribbean (we love curry) it was so nice to experience it in a different way. The flavors did not disappoint at all I went on a Thursday and I’m considering going back for my Sunday dinner to not cook . I will check off what I ordered below because I’m still learning the names."

"Not sure why it took so long to visit this place. The cuisine was excellent. Authentic Cuban food hasn't been this good since tailgate parties in South Florida in the 80's. Upon arrival we were greeted by the happy hour marquis, and the sangria is well worth it. We tried the croquette and plantain chip appetizers. You won't find better! They should bag the chips and sell them at the register. If you're looking for real chicken soup, look no further. There was no room in the bowl for broth due to all the chicken and veggies. My dining partner had the ribeye, which was marinated and so tender it could be cut with a fork. I had the chicken and grilled onions, which was also a savory treat. Good service and attentive staff. We we're also visited by the chef to see how our meals were. A cozy little place in the neighborhood that we will return to."
