"We visited the restaurant during our travel to Uppsala hoping to find what others have praised. Unfortunately we found only a limited choice of food. Besides, if you have gluten intolerance, you are out of luck. They don't have almost anything gf at least nothing cooked especially for those with this condition. The beer is very light (I think they doubled it with water). On the other hand I've seen people filling casseroles with food to take it home probably so there is no wonder why the quality have dropped."

"Very nice place that offers a varied experience with time in the afternoon they serve buffé and the rest of the time you can drop in and grab a table or book a table for larger parties of people, it is placed near an intersection but that somehow adds to the whole experience because the interior is very calming and serene, my personal favourite is noodles with mixed meat but there is a great balance on the menu depending on what you crave. The food is delicious and generous portions so no one ever leaves wanting more, the staff is very polite and knowing about cooking and the food they serve. They have sweet, sour, strong, hot, mild and much more. I love how they blend their menu so you got it all in one place, I strongly recommend this place."

"Quite possibly the worst 'burger ' I 've had the displeasure of eating. The meat is like a formed slurry patty with bits of bone and gristle, absolutely zero texture. The bun was squashed flat and the pickles has no flavor. Drinks were flat. Incredibly disappointed. Staff literally threw my order on the counter. Max used to be good a few years ago now its just an overpriced relic with awful ingredients. 100% won 't ever be going to Max ever again. Thank the gods a McD is opening next door soon."

"I really liked the atomosphere of this place, I where abit unsatisfied with the temperature of the meat on my Jalapeno Smash Burger. It was abit to overcooked and the buns where a bit dry. That said the union and the fat of the burger patty really lifted the meal for me and i enjoyed the overall experience. I would rate the Jalapeño Smash Burger at a 6/10, where I would definetly buy it again! Thanks Anders jag for the nice treatment of the staff!"

"I like a good burger and what I got was a superb burger at Brutal! I had a BBQ Bacon Cheese burger. The meat was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. The fillings worked incredibly well and were delicious. The brioche bun was soft with just the right crispness. The chips (not normally something to write home about) were delicious!! I ordered a whole host of sauces, the selection they have is mind blowing (although the chipotle could have done with more heat) The restaurant has the usual Americana but was pleasant comfortable and warm. The service was great and I had a really good chat with the owner/cook. As a new restaurant, I will definatley be going back and wish the the guys all the luck in the future. Give it a go, it's delicious!!!"
