"Friendly welcome and decent meal. We ate a green gazpacho which was good, sweet potato fries and a beef tartar. At CHF 35. the tartare, I would have liked the cook to test the preparation himself! Normally, from what I was told, it is cut with a knife while the one that was served to us came out of the blender. Despite everything, the seasoning was good and cut with a knife, it would have been perfect. A small gesture would have passed the error a little better."
