"Decided to try this place after seeing good reviews online. Pictures can be deceiving as the portions are smaller than anticipated. I got a good amount of popcorn chicken. However, I would not recommend getting the sausage. They only give you one piece and it was dry and hard. I also felt extremely rushed to order, especially as someone who does not speak Mandarin/Cantonese. The overall flavour of the food was good, but I don't think I would return. I feel like there are tastier places out there that offer a better value."

"Arrived last night to eat on the patio. Weather was cool. One of the four heaters were on. Asked the waiter to light the one by our table. Told us they ran out of fuel. No more until next day. Poor planning for a Wednesday....What about the other heaters. Also no fuel. Yet the two that were out when we arrived, were going by the end of our meal. Didn't have my vodka. Settled for a substitute. Ordered appetizers which took a while. Dipps and saganaki. Mediocre. At least the pita was hot. Main courses came two minutes after the appetizers appeared. We told them to put them back under the heater. Came out five minutes later. Not nearly finished with the apps. Shrimp and calamari and salmon all cold. Again mediocre. $150 for dreck......... Too many good restaurants in town."

"The School is a true 5 star restaurant in Markham worthy for that special occasion that will make you leave satisfied. The steak I had was superb and the chef was able to customize to my preference. Oddly I have spent more money on steak at Joey's and the Keg so this is by far a better venue to dine in. Supporting local businesses instead of the line chef cook by numbers establishments."

"Decided to try this place after coming back from Italy a few months ago. Food was vert good! We ordered the locale pizza and the lasagna - yum!! Our server was attentive and nice though we waited quite a bit for our food to arrive (maybe 15-20 mins). We would go again!"

"Hong KongTea House Style restaurant with a mix of traditional Hong Kong/Chinese dishes i.e. wanton noodle, congee, etc. and western style food i.e. steak, baked pork chop, French toast for afternoon tea time special. The varieties are just amazing. I had the baked pork shop w/two eggs and steam broccoli w/corn bits and milk tea. The waitress was most accommodating to allow me to change from the standard carbohydrate to vegetables. That dish was really good and fit my new eating life style. Overall, the restaurant is spacious and offers also free wifi service. We usually go there as a group and quite enjoy the offerings there."

"Food taste is above average. Service acceptable. Pricing is slightly higher but worth it. Lunch scores more than dinner. Needs to wait during rush hours. Parking fine. Internal environment improved after recent renovation."

"Station Pizza Parlour is a good spot for a decent pizza or other Italian food. Clean, fast service and helpful wait staff. We have tried several of their pizzas and enjoyed the Mediterranean pizza the best with tangy tomatoes, onions, black olives and feta cheese. However, you can also create your own pizza with your own favourite toppings, as desired. Alcohol is a bit expensive here, so best to avoid ordering a lot of drinks if you are on a budget, but you are on the main street of Markham, so things are bound to be a bit more expensive in this area. Every time we have been there for dinner the room has generally filled up, so it seems to be a popular spot, especially on the weekend.They advertise they are a peanut-free restaurant and also have gluten-free pizza and pasta available. Also, their dough and sauces are made fresh in their own kitchen. Finding the entrance to the small plaza where they are located is a bit tricky - it’s right by the LCBO, next to the GO Train tracks. Enjoy!"
