"Cuisine: first of all, it is served hot-qualifying, German/Swiss, vegetables of the season, all fresh staff: mainly family members in service, plus 2 cooks these people also understand the guests to pamper drinks: regional beers, as well as in-house wines of Peter Krause, the owner, definitely recommend. Although I'm not a Müller Thurgau fan at all, his dry MT tasted very good. The schnapps are also produced. The fruit was melty and very soft in the finish. "We stayed at the hotel above the restaurant and the restaurant was recommended as the owner's heart project. We were thrilled. The food was top, the meat quality is 1A, the wine selection super with regional wines and the staff is very attentive. Definitely a recommendation! The place is quite small, so book in advance."
