"Heard about this place from a gentleman at the Hockley Brewing Co. we tried it and were not disappointed. The outside is ver rustic but the inside very classy. The food was incredible. Our waitress was pleasant and very cheerful. Sat by a window and saw several different species of birds. Would highly recommend and will definitely return."

"Good food and service. I felt the staff were kind and one even said hello in my friend's native tongue of Mandarin. She was impressed. The food was good. I got the flautas. They were made with corn tortillas. The meat was tender. I even like the refried beans and I can usually do without those. We did not wait long for our food. Honestly it looks like it did in the 80s, when it was a different taqueria."

"Totally awesome sandwiches. Try the meat lover's sandwich (not actually on the written menu, but just ask) or the roast beef sandwich (amazing horseradish sauce that isn't spicy like regular horseradish, just good and unique). Good soup, too. Friendly staff. Breakfast, too. My favorite place for lunch. A Sonora gem."
