"Based on the very good reviews, we also went to dinner here. A very nice and atmosphereous case where maybe the lighting could have been a little softer to get some more atmosphere. I took a Putenschnitzel pancake myself, and it was delicious. The salad buffet was fine al with all five stars thick worth Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian dishes: There's a few parking spots but certainly not enough when the case is full."

"After a nice walk through the village this little bar/bistro is tucked away in a quiet corner. So far all the coffees we had are excellent and now it's time for a glass of Sekt. Lunch was local bread with eggs and bacon but they...also serve Reibekuche which is one of my personal favorites..."

"Best meal in Monschau. Carpaccio and Vitello Tonato we had for starters were good, my lamb cuts and my wife's vegetarian red beet goat cheese dish were absolutely lovely. Finally we had zabbaione and tiramisú, both were home made and equally lovely. If you're visiting Monschau take the 3 kilometer trip from the old town and experience this restaurant. It will be worth your efforts!"
