"We stumbled across this mobile catering unit by chance whilst visiting a market in Thonac. The stall was very popular, and we had a 20 minute wait after placing our order, so it is definitely not fast food. But the food was more than worth the wait. I have to say this was far and away the best burger I have every had, served in a lovely brioche bun with some nice salad inside. The meat was succulent and unbelievably tasty. We went the whole hod and had chips as well, and these were also incredibly good light and airy and with a wonderful taste. If you are lucky enough to see this I strongly urge you give it a visit."
