"Regular customer for years in what for me is Metz's best couscous. Lamb skewers a pure tender delight and seasoning is perfect. On the other hand, on Saturday evening a little pushy at the level of service the 2 servers not very reactive to my taste 30min to take the order and bring the aperitif it’s too long you pass in front of your table 5 6 times without getting rid of it it seems that the team in the room changed a few times the son and son of the former owner managed the restaurant crowded with a hand of master damage but good meal despite all"
