"Optically the dishes are great, only on the taste they need to work at the price so there is a maximum of two and a half stars. The wild boar meat was quite dry and, unfortunately, there were neither lumps nor dumplings but an egg/nut mass that could not absorb any sauce. The sauce was still best done. The trouts were super freed from the burrs, but unfortunately beat with pepper and served floating in an aqueous broth. The service was friendly and fast."
