"Ordered the V8 Vegan Burger and Kumara chips with vegan aoli $0.50 extra completely hit while on a 5 hour road trip. Very attractive looking and great tasting food! "I love to load this, the owners are fantastic people and there are a lot of products to choose. they have chunks of chalk, shell fruits, shell fruits, rice, nuts, seeds and other dishes. there are usually smaller sizes available if they want to try something before they buy a large pocket. the refrigerators are well equipped with vegan cheese options, meat substitutes such as sausages and tempeh and milk alternatives. there is a large selection of gluten-free products that are suitable for vegans, from tasty to basics such as flour and noodles. there are always fresh products. observe the vegan tasty: there are chocolate, ice cream, ice blocks, biscuits, protein bars and other tempting tasty. this load sells meat products, but they are not kept close to the vegan items. the most important to be careful is the chocolate and snack bars: they are all displayed together, so check the labels."

"Fantastic service, only loses a star because the poor girl was working alone trying to serve 12 people! Fresh bread, fresh salad and delicious my sons and I enjoyed our meals! Facilities were lovely and clean, and the menu at this stores really easy to read before you get to the counter which makes ordering easier. Parking isn't too bad with all the parks on Broadway, it is a smaller shop though so seating could be limited when busy."

"Very helpful staff working with the local vegan and vegetarian community. fresh sweets present and they have plans to add fresh bread. many vegan ready to eat options, good choice of meat alternatives including the elusive tinted banana blossom. excellent selection of bulk drilling and pulse. there are also gluten-free mehle. had any apron and crimped that I wanted, and was easy to navigate the load. really accessible with beautiful wide inseln and lots of space at the bank. great specials! I'm back."

"We had dinner at Indian Love Story just before Christmas and, boy!, was it delicious!<br/ <br/ We shared two of the platters to start (both the vegetarian one and the non-vegetarian one), and then shared a few curries between us. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Fresh and flavourful. <br/ <br/ The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was well-presented and stylishly decorated. <br/ <br/ This is now our favourite family restaurant in Palmerston North and we highly recommend it to others."

"We had a couple of steaks and they were juicy, tender and delicious. A healthy dollop of garlic butter and delicious fries and salads. Waitstaff were helpful, friendly and cute"

"LOVE BARLEY! Love the food, love that the menu/cabinet food changes, love the service, and love that they're happy to have behaved dogs inside too! My partner and I love coming in and not having to think which foods could we ask to be veganized like other places. We especially love that they're not all talk and ACTION what they stand for. Don't give a sh* to the naysayers we are 100% supporters of your vegan and zero waste standards in your eatery!"
