"If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband came tonight to pick up dinner for us and my 2 kids. He ordered 3 Popeyes Chicken Sandwiches meals and a 2 pc meal we asked for 2 legs for for my toddler. When he got home the chicken in the sandwiches were so dry and you could tell they had been sitting under the lamps for a long time. The fries were cold and he 2 legs for my daughter was also old chicken. My husband got the order around 855 pm then I drove to get my order made fresh and for my surprise they had the lobby closed and it was only like 915pm. Had to come to drive thru to explain about my order and I asked why I couldn't come into the lobby and they said sometimes they close the lobby early. Honestly it was such a bad experience. My family eat out of this location at least once a week and today it was just a disappointment."

"My first time and I was pleasantly surprised. It's unassuming and there were only a few tables when we got there, but it filled up shortly after. The salsas were delicious, our meals were delivered quickly, service was great, I got enchiladas and I wouldtotally order them again. My friend said he has eaten there for 20-30 years, that's high praise in itself. Check them out!"

"This is an awesome place in a very comfortable way. The food is well-executed and fairly priced. I live in NYC, not Pasadena, but if we did we’d be here at least 2-3x a month (maybe more for healthy lunches).Nice street side patio, industrial vibe inside. Open kitchen. You do hear sounds from the kitchen but they seem to blend into the background. Ordering is a snap, especially if you download the app. There were people who walked in and ordered at the counter but they seemed more confused and that seems so much less efficient. We just sat down at the table, entered our table number into the app and food and drinks just appeared, almost magically. One thing on the app they could improve is that it makes you enter the location repeatedly for subsequent orders, which slows things down. And ordering stepwise makes sense, especially for a larger party (we had 6).The food? Tasty goodness: can be reasonably healthy (although not for me as I ordered chimichurri steak, fries and roasted mushrooms). My only issue with the food was the chimichurri, which could have used more spice and more acid for a more vibrant and balanced flavor. But that comment alone should tell you what you’re dealing with: awesome and wholesome food well-prepared by the chef on staff. Steak and two sides: $20. Tofu: great. Chicken tenders: perfectly fried and crispy/tender. Beer, wine: nice choices. Awesome sides. You can construct a healthy and tasty meal here, lots of great vegetables. If you’re lucky enough to be near one their spots, go now.Vegetarian options: Lots of them. Tofu. Brussels sprouts, just name twoKid-friendliness: Easy. Comfortable"
