Nestled off the Main Street in the village of Ojochal, Restaurant Exotica’s unassuming curb appeal hides its conglomerate of natures beauty and fine international cuisine, delivering a delicious knockout punch to your pallet with a veritable cornucopia of flavors that will have you floating in a transcendental state for days. In our two trips to enjoy the journey through their culinary offerings, we experienced a wealth of variety. Their menu is awash with the tastes and techniques of the far flung reaches of every point on the gastronomic spectrum. Each bite feels as if it’s part of a culinary sonnet, waxing poetic about that particular dishes long held provenance. The entire experience feels like a pilgrimage through a tapestry of tantalizing dishes meant to leave your tastebuds in an utter state of euphoria. This is one of the few establishments I’ve encountered where I would personally fly from anywhere on the planet back to them for the sole purpose of experiencing their food once more."

"The definition of a soda in Costa Rica. It was very fast and inexpensive and very good. We went for breakfast and dinner and were very satisfied."

"As a Colombian who lives in the USA and travels locally and abroad. That was the best DAMN-BURGER in my life. No joke, no joke, no games. Best sweet potatoes and I have the Pinapple Burger and my brother ordered the Cheeseburger. Portions are sisable and fill. Service was decent and the open session is okay"

"We’ve eaten here twice in the last week with our family of 7 and both times were amazing! Everyone loved their meals. The salad bowls are beyond amazing! Great food and great atmosphere, highly recommend!"

"This pizza and grill is really cute and has a small bar and an open dining room. We pulled up to this pizza place because there was a large parking lot. This place has WINE! Anyone interested they have a small wine bar! The creamy shrimp is like a fettuccini alfredo. It was a little bland but with parmesan it tasted better. The pepperoni was great, it was a thing crust."
