"We were a group of 6 and chose this restaurant for dinner spending the weekend in Alsace. It's a splendid location with well-chosen art. We all ordered a menu. Some of us chose fish for the main course and some meat. Two of us are vegetarian, even though there wasn't a special menu they were offered to get meat alternatives. All courses were incredible delicious, really creative high cuisine. Together we express the recommendation to give this restaurant a visit."

"We ended up spending a couple of evenings here and also visited during the afternoons for a sit down and a cold beer. The staff were so lovely despite our poor French. Their chips are amazing and the local stew is outstanding. I wish I'd known enough French to ask for the recipe. Prices were very reasonable, the menu is based on local, homecooked dishes, the wine was outstanding and the service was always with a friendly smile.Look out for the daily visit of the local stork who swoops down and stands outside the kitchen door waiting for a few scraps. It's an amazing sight at an amazingly homely little restaurant."

"STarted with tart flambe natural (good!). Husband and I steak friets (me the house with parsley butter and husband provencale with a tomatoe sauce), son the salmon (he enjoyed it) and daughter chicken cordon blue (also enjoyed.) We also came here because it was open at 6pm and we were hungry!"

"This is one a many street restaurants but we chose this one as it looked more welcoming and totally clean. The fish was delicate and perfectly cooked with a light creamy sauce. Very enjoyable lunch, would recommend it."

"Yep - it's in a tourist town. And yes, it markets to the tourist crowd. But they do an excellent job with traditional, regional cuisine in a neat atmosphere, both inside and outside. We've been to Alsace a half-dozen times over the past twenty years and this is our go-to place for lunch in Ribeauville for a fix of Tarte Flambee or Choucroute! You won't get haute cuisine, but you will get some good traditional dishes for a good price without giving up to quality."
