"We stumbled upon a decadent location of a vast variety of tastes in Ribeira Grande. Will have to say that the service was on point as was the soft bread the long line of local patrons waiting for the freshness that ensued and light cheese spread. While most the stews had an overload of potatoes, we throughly enjoyed the hue of tastes we encountered. The ox tails and octupus salad were good. However the highlight of our meal was the Crancas poseídas they served us. These were a pleasant bouquet of crustaceans that we will never forget."

"This is just an amazing place with even greater staff. Me and my husband ate at this place three times. They have home soups, salats with pasta and Best burgers in Town. But what makes it really special, beside top food....the Staff is super sweat and one time we came 15 minuts before closing, they were super sweet, we ordered our meals and we got them as it the day Just started... They have very good deserts as well! Highly recomanded!"

"We only stopped here to get a cake and drinks as it was a bit chilly outside. The view is great and the cakes were really good! Everyone enjoy what the had and service was friendly. Only con is I feel it is a little overpriced we had 5 hot drinks and 3 slices of cake for €24 which we've pretty much had a full lunch for that much! But if you fancy treating yourself the cakes are really delicious."

"This place has a very good location. we had an American burger and a double cheeseburger. the American burger was very tasty and the other was also very good. with frits and 2 small beers and 2 big beers it was about...14.5€ I can recommend this place definitiw."

"Took a bus ride from Ponta Delgada to Ribeira Grande for some additional sightseeing and photo ops. Dropped into this authentic, local restaurant and had a hamburger anhd draft beer at a very reasonable price. The service was very good and so was the food. The place is not fancy, but it's clean and obviously patronized by locals who made nice conversation with us."
