"It was a pleasure meeting Keith on Sunday. We traveled from Connecticut to attend a graduation ceremony at JMU. First business, southern BBQ. I called Wolf's fixins to find out how they weren't open for business. He explained that I was a huge BBQ fan and had just traveled over 400 miles, Keith offered friendly what he had left from his Saturday catering event. On Sunday morning we met with this very friendly man who was obviously already excited about this restaurant. He presented me and my wife over 2 lbs Plork shoulder, 3 lbs beans and a pound of Coleslaw, along with rolls and bottles of his sweet and spicy sauces. We couldn't eat it until we got home 9 hours later. I can only say wow. Meat made perfect with just the right taste, sauces were well balanced and not watered down and the beans were a home run. I hate Slav, but I always take a bite of news. Holy cow! Really really good claw with a taste undertone extremely unique. Great job Keith, nice to meet you and good luck for you. Next time we'll see you again."
