"Had a meal on lunch time- meat (beef) was chewy. potatoes soft not crispy ,veg hard. this was our time and i would say our last . very disappointed. the waitress didnt even explain where to get our drinks from as it was...just empty glass given to us. and which end to que from to get our carvary."

"Booked via Opentable booking online, when we arrived the staff had no booking for us. They said Opentable does not inform the Hilton of any bookings not sure why they advertise this on their website on how to book a table! Finally got a table for 4, kind of an airport lounge seating area. Not too comfortable. Quite spread out so your not sat too close to others but very dull atmosphere no low music or anything. Food was ok and nice but not exceptional. Drinks very expensive. First time here for a meal, not memorable so doubt I’ll be back."
