"The restaurant is located right in front of the information center, a little east of town center. With American license plates mounted on the wall, it is an American theme bar and restaurant, frequently patronized by locals. Aside from burgers, they also serve a variety of traditional Austrian sandwiches like the Bosna, the popular Austrian wurst with the same name served on a 12 inch bun. The food and salad were freshly made to order. Our waitress speaks some English. Overall food and service is good. Price is very reasonable. There is outdoor sitting in additional to the indoor. Unfortunately, smoking is permitted in the bar area. Our overall impression of this bar and restaurant is good. If you are craving for a burger in the middle of Austria, or you just want to eat among the locals…..Kraftstoff bar is the place."

"We had a snack here at this busy open air cafe right on the lake opposite the cog railway the frankfurter was fine. Seemed like a reasonable cafe menu.Managed to get inside when it started to rain. Mind the staff dogs under your feet!"

"I suppose if you're sick of German food (which we were) you may as well go here. However, they don't really understand the concept of a wok. The food is actually sauteed rather than stir fried."

"This small restaurant works with a daily fixed menu. There is a starter, a soup, a fish and a meat main dish and a desert. This is quite unusual in the village of Sankt Wolfgang, where you can eat either very traditional Austrian or exotic dishes. All other tables were clearly regular guests who knew the owners. Our experience was really positive. We reserved the day and had to come at 6:00 to be at 7:30. That was early for us, but perfectly worked out. The wine map is spectacular, with a wide selection of Austrian wines that come with advice. Also a lot of choice for wine on the glass. The reservation is recommended."
