"Poor Customer Service, meats are not cooked as requested. I personally had to go 3 times and explained to the Grill Master on how to cook our steak thoroughly. Servers don't come to your table often to check on drinks. Besides the overpriced cuts(for the place/ambient) they charged Customer a weird Servicio Parrilla on your check at a rate of RD$100 each. In my case they charged me that fee 5 Times. When I asked the server about it he said I don't know, you need to check with them inside When I asked again, then he said Ohhh that's something they charge here to cook the meat I was surprised that after been charged an already overpriced Cut, you also had to pay for them to grill it for you. Plus a 10% Service fee of the whole bill .So I am not sure if this is a supermarket or if this should be consider a Restaurant. Other than that their Fries where good."

"That was my family and I for the first time here. We loved it absolutely. The restaurant is beautiful inside, feels like you are in a cave. The service and the food were great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in Santo Domingo."

"We enjoyed the restaurant very much while we were in sdq. if they like Asian cuisine, it is a very sweet and cozy place with delicious dressed and alternative meat options as well as all vegan options. I also enjoyed the bubbled with koksmilch and natural tapioca and the Matcha tea on water with special red habichuelas (beans). very nice staff and they explain as far as possible. a bit busy, but that's a good sign, right? we're worth ending in 4 days 3 times"

"Nice eating to have their salat formed by scratches. most advertised combinations (if not all) use either meat or animal by-products (cheese/egg/honey), but is really easy to mix the ingredients of their choice to get an excellent vegan meal with tofu, beans, avocado, nuts and so on. be careful with the sauces. just a few don't use a honey or cheese, so don't hesitate to ask the personal they can have when they are vegan because they are not labeled as all. a package and a sum of juice less than 9,00€"
