"This was my first visit to Kims, and I was very disappointed. The devil crabs that we ordered were burnt on the outside and had absolutely no crab in them at all and had a very bitter taste. The cuban sandwiches were overwhelmingly salty and I was unable to finish. I could've just eaten the beans and rice that I ordered, but they forgot to put it in the bag. The only thing that was good was the red velvet cake, and that's probably because it's made elsewhere."

"I ordered the hand-baked chicken, I thought I put land gravy on the huh, so glad that I didn't that brot is very good with any engraving! the price is not too bad, as I got the three cures to save the suppe for lunch the next day and still gloomy and to hear two sweet and meat for dinner. my 2 year old grandson is usually not eating meat, he did this time!"

"I honestly never had nasty Jamaican food UNTIL I ate here. First of all the customer service is at a all time low. No one greeted me I stood there for 10 minutes with no one else in line before the man behind the register asked me what I want to order( still not greeted) the Oxtail was bland, beer had rice and peas this bland and the CABBAGE was REAL REAL REAL BLAND. NEVER AGAIN . $23 dollars for what . Just look at the pictures never seen Jamaican rice and cabbage that look like that . I should of followed my first mind."
