"I have gone to Hit the spot a few times and have not been disappointed. I usually have the breakfast special with scrambled eggs and in place of the potatoes have a few slices of tomato. The coffee is great and refilled. An other reviewer mentioned that the presentation made the food to good to eat. I have to agree as the plates are square and the food is arranged nicely, not just put on the plate. The fruit on the side is a very nice addition, with an orange slice, and a pineapple slice. Overall this is a great place to eat at a very reasonable price."

"When a manager made a pizza on the floor, he crawled on his knees. How disgusting is that....can you ask yourself what else they do when they think nobody can see them....actually makes me want to run out and get a pizza..."

"Been there often, sign says open but lights are off and door is locked often. Why? Who knows. Suns are priced right. The taste is great. Toppings are plentiful. For a one man show the service is fast. One thing I dislike; when I order a six inch sub I would like a six inch sub bun NOT a 12" bun cut in half. Buns are usually fresh but have had the odd stale bun. Not a fan of stale buns. When your sign say OPEN, then be open."

"I was grateful they were open on Labor Day. It was nice to sit down and have a meal after traveling over an hour to visit my mother in the ICU.There was only one server working. He was friendly and professional. He handled the influx of guests very well.The food was excellent and prompt."

"Usually the best pizza and/or panzerotti comes from Pizza Tonite. Not so last night. One pizza arrived with pineapple instead of olives and the other could have spent more time in the oven. They offered to replace the pinapple one but that would take another half hour. Our guests picked the fruit off. Not happy.How about attention to detail??"

"It's a great assortment of pub grub, and probably the best in St. Thomas. The service is top notch and friendly, the wait for food is not long. The atmosphere for a bar and grill is actually cozy and not too bar-like. The booth seating...is comfy for eating, and the bar area is across the room. The genuinely hospitable owner is active in his establishment and everything runs smoothly. An afternoon pop in for a late lunch or a dinner, perhaps one of the running specials, has never been regretted."
