"Our waiter, Santos was excellent but as hard as he tried to make the ambiance pleasant he could not. Right next to us was a group of six or seven fairly young blue collar girls who thought they were at a bar. My wife and I had trouble trying to hold a conversation at our table. Their vocabulary was very limited. Every other word was profanity. We could not be moved to another table because the restaurant was at capacity."

"Hidden gem minutes from the main strip. Service was outstanding. And the food was FIRE!!! My wife got a margherita pizza with chicken and I did a build your own with pepperoni sausage pancetta and pineapple. Both pizzas were stellar we finished it off with the churros and ice cream for dessert. If your in South Lake Tahoe definitely check out this place especially if you don’t want to deal with downtown but don’t want to go far."

"*Disclaimer- review on customer service only, not food. Was staying near by this business and Italian sounded good. Decided to call in to ensure they were open and to place a takeout order since many restaurants in this area have closed or have different hours due to many issues (short staffed, haven't recovered from COVID closures, etc. . A male voice answered and already sounded uneasy. I requested to place a take out order and he (in nicer terms stated they would not be doing take out orders as they are too busy dealing with just the people they have within the restaurant. I was going to just go and dine in but his response made it seem like he rather not serve any more people. I understand he may have been understaffed or whatever, but his response and tone were uncalled for. I have worked many customer service jobs and I understand when things get busy, understaffed, unforeseen problems, etc. , but the customer should not be on the negative receiving end of that. This is based on a single interaction and again, the food was not seen nor tasted. I'm not much for leaving low reviews unless I truly feel it is warranted. I hope this was a one off interaction for the business but either way, this one person's interactions has been enough to not recommend this place."
