"Very good food, I had the combination platter, but it was not entirely authentic for the American west. They wouldn't put beans in chili. That's an east coast thing. BBQ sauce was decent. Slightly smoky, not sweet. The put a lot of sour cream with herbs on top, which I liked, but the real western style would put a lot of butter and just a touch of plain sour cream on top. Very good overall."
