"Verified on 05.03.2023 at the flour tuft (Dithmarscher Spezialität; how Großer Hans satt eat: Everything again round and well. Delicious cooked and well-kept! The prices were of course adjusted after 8 years: 07 March 2015: Hotel, hall, bowling alley, club rooms, bar and restaurant this very well-maintained house in classic look offers everything to infrastructure what a village needs. The audience mixes accordingly bourgeoisly. Classic upscale dining with kitchen master and conservative training. In addition to an extensive regional menu, the David family offers seasonal theme evenings as well as the stintessen usual in the Hamburg area with the small silvery fish from the Elbe. After pre-ordering for 9 people we received a large, elevated somewhat individual table in the guest room; the other premises were also very well frequented. Operation: Very polite young forces in fine professional clothing made a good figure incl. Questions and post-services, but were also unprecedented at a later hour due to utilisation. Nevertheless a good and friendly performance! Food: Stint and supplements rich 14,80€ pP. A fresh cucumber salad was made classic as well as 3 potato supplements: warm bacon salad spicy smokey excellent, frying potatoes tastefully round but slightly pale as well as a warm white potato salad with a gratin-like cream/mayonnaiss base. Everything fits harmoniously well with the bright fried fish, which were served in plate-wise hot continuous. The stints were tender and of good quality in smaller (these are the best! to medium size, pleasant and noticeably correctly seasoned/salted flourished. Since the animals are eaten in the whole (with the fine bones, a somewhat crispy species is appropriate; Here, however, it was possible to taste the fish meat as such a somewhat finer. Some specimens as usual somewhat bittrig but overall a quite neat kitchen performance. Beverages: Beverages cultivated and medium priced (arrows 0.2l 1.70€ to 0.4l 3.40€, Wines carafe 0.25l 5,30€, caraway 2cl 1.70€, Gl. Sekt 3,20€, Dopp. Espresso strong and hot with delicious chocolate calender 4, €. Ambience: Classic with lots of bright wood, glass and loving accessories. Pleasantly illuminated and florally freshly decorated. Cleanliness: Very well maintained; no complaints also on the toilets. Price performance: appropriate to good. Conclusion: It was not our first and not the last visit. You're welcome."
