"Unfortunately, I can't give more points here. The controls are very young, partly shy and poorly worked. It takes a very long time for someone to come to the table, just as it took a very long time for the beverage service. Two grill plates and a pizza ordered, waited for about 40 minutes, at other tables the service was preferred, that is not possible!! In the store, by the way, at the time of the visit there was hardly anything going on, of course. The food is good, but does not stand off from another snack. It has also become very expensive in recent years. Understanding adjustments in the energy crisis, however, this is over, so according to my feeling the energy supplement would have to be removed again. The shop is well furnished, you could make a lot more from the spacious terrace if you were to write service big. "Really good restaurants are in this region (oberbergisches land) in Germany poor. there are a few but far scattered and not always easy to find.Fordible oil can now be proud of the high-interesting restaurant manufaktur, manufaktur does not serve the usual German cuisine and does not serve those who want to dine (which is a reason why there are not a few people overweight). the manufactory is run by a young chef and his employees and offers a lot of meat and fish dishes (appetizers and main dishes). his creativity in the kitchen is remarkable, I don't know a restaurant in the Upper Mountains where they would be surprised with presentation and quality. forest fire is perhaps not the most interesting city for a visit (although they have recently added a pretty attraction with panarbora :), but manufactory is a rewarding ground to visit the city. After I have visited the manufactory several times, I can only say that it is better with the age (and both cook and staff are still very young:). I am looking forward to seeing more! reserve a table and enjoy your dinner!"

"Was to eat again with my wife in the alfredo today. was brilliant as always. the grill platter italia is the absolute burner, especially at the price of 14 €. dersalat in advance superfresh and tasty dressing. the service as always friendly and also alfredo takes the time, comes out of the kitchen and asks if everything is okay. price / performance is great and we were as always very satisfied. we are coming from approx. 100 km from the beautiful city of moers."
