"Einmal mehr haben wir die feine Gaststätte im ersten Stock besucht zum Mittagessen in gediegener Atmosphäre. Ein Glas Grauburgunder aus Süddeutschland zum Auftakt. Es ist immer noch Wildzeit. So bestellen wir Hirschmedaillon an Wachholderrahmsauce, Kürbis Cjutney, Maronen und Pilze. Dazu bestellen wir handgeschabte Spätzle und Rosenkohl. Das Fleisch rosé gebraten und zart. Alles stimmt für uns. Der Service schnell und aufmerksam.Der Chef de Service empahl zum Hauptgang den herrlichen Rotwein "Ungewohnt", ein Cuvée von Erzinger Kapellenberg. Ein Genuss !"

"We come back regularly to the Osteria, as it offers great food and service at very reasonable prices. If the weather is fine, a table outside in the very middle of the city is of course the most logical choice, but we had to eat inside once and we've found the place very clean and modern. Pizzas are among the best ones I've eaten outside Italy, but everything else, from starters to desserts is just perfect. Everytime we've been there the place was full, but most of the times they've been anyway quick, plus they're super friendly and nice. The only reason for us to eat somewhere else in Waldshut is because they have no place :)"

"Wir waren jetzt schon mehrere Male in diesem Lokal und fühlten uns immer sehr wohl. Die Räumlichkeiten sind einfach, aber schön renoviert. Heimeliger Biergarten. Der Service ist ok und das Essen war jedes Mal fantastisch gut. Ob werktags als Menue, sonntags als leichte Mahlzeit oder am Abend mit Freunden: wir waren immer mehr als zufrieden. Frisch, regional, und sehr lecker. Ein kleineres Restaurant, mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Rheins, mit einem tollen Preis-/Leistungsangebot: so etwas hat in Waldshut gefehlt."

"I have been in this restaurant with my girlfriend Friday evening. We took two Reisstyle menus, very good vorspeise although a bit small, the Thunfisch tartare was simply melting in the mouth, no need of chewing it. We have been impressed by the sushi and sashimi, a lot of different types and very very good. Afterwards the meat, my girlfriend took the chicken, a big spicy, but very soft, I took the beef, also very good. What I did not like was the ice cream, green tea and sesam, a bit strange but it is my opinion, my girlfriend liked it! Service very good and friendly, price within the standards for sushi."
