"I visited wawa and over the course of the weekend I went to this Tim Hortons about 5 times. My first visit was around 1230am on a Monday morning and was treated with such disrespect from a lady named Gab who was working midnights. I ordered a decaf to which she responded "I don't have it" nothing else, so I told her I would wait the 6 minutes for a fresh pot (I managed 5 Tim Hortons in the GTA and have been with the company for 8 years) she grabbed the pot shook it and said "there's chemicals in it," I understand cleaning the pots but this is decaf on midnight, I don't want caffeine at midnight and policy at Tims is all coffee must be available 24/7. I ordered three drinks, she made two, forgetting the water so I asked for it and she went and grabbed it and slammed it down on top of the other drink and walked away without getting me a tray. The next day, I waited 20 minutes from start to finish in the drivethru,if not a bit more to get my ordered taken, made, and to my car. The boy with the reddish taking the orders who's name I missed was very polite and apologetic though, and even brewed me a fresh pot of decaf later that evening which I was happy to wait for! I understand this Tim Hortons has staffing issues but it really all comes down to management not being present and pushing their employees. Cost cutting measures do not provide good guest service. Management needs to step in and be more visible and have their aces in their places. The few staff that shine here do an amazing job, but some are just so bitter and need an attitude change."
