"I was completely satisfied. Nice service, the menu is small and seasonal with a few dishes, everything was freshly cooked in-house, even the knöpfli were homemade and not fried in a standardized way out of the packaging. The deer pepper and red cabbage are a dream. I can only recommend! The price was absolutely justified for fresh food!"

"Really nice restaurant that always appears to be busy. We hadn't reserved but we managed to get a table but I think we were lucky. The food seemed local and fresh although we had a large lunch so just went for mains. We both had beer battered fish and chips which was a large portion. Washed down with some local St Gallen beer. There is a salad bar that you can help yourself to and decor is very harbouresque which suits the restaurant. Friendly service too and not too expensive for Swiss standards."

"Der Säntisblick ist wieder bei seinen besten Zeiten angelangt nach dem Disaster des Vorgängers! Wir waren jetzt schon ein paar Mal Essen, seit die neuen Wirtsleute vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr das Restaurant übernommen haben. In dieser Zeit ist der Säntisblick zu einem meiner Lieblingsrestaurants geworden. Das Essen ist gleichbleibend wirklich super mit saisonaler, regionaler Küche. Beim Service und beim Ambiente merkt man, wie viel Herzblut darin steckt. Als "Gratisbeigabe" dann noch die Aussicht auf den Säntis. Ich kann den "neuen" Säntisblick nur wärmstens allen Leuten empfehlen, die qualitativ super Essen mit eben solchem Service geniessen wollen."
