"My husband and sons and I had lunch here and really enjoyed it! We got the greek meatball appetizer, a cheeseburger with pork belly, the beet salad, and the grilled cheese and chicken fingers off the kids' menu. We really enjoyed the food (particularly the burger! and found the service to be great, especially since they were pretty busy. We didn't have alcohol, but it looks like their list of beers, etc is very extensive!"

"Wish I could give zero star to this most customer unfriendly place. There pizza taste as disgusting as their managers behavior. Made me sick after eating a bite and talking with the manager at this location. We ordered vegetarian pizza and garlic bread for delivery. Both things were tasteless I couldn't eat a bite and kept it on side. Called them to say what we feel.. the manager said that's how our pizza taste I can offer you 5 refund to that I really felt as if I'm asking for free money I told him that we are not going to order from your place ever again so don't need that money rather as you are in a customer service industry you should know what to do offer a customer full refund and return their money. Else I as a customer will spread a word and to that the manager said yeah sure do what you like. What a great Manager this guy is??? We were really dissatisfied and didn't wanted to throw the food in a bin so took the pizza back and kept it on their counter. As we reached back saw that our money was refunded. I won't say it was nice of him because he did cause us inconvenience. Won't recommend this place at all."

"Stopped at Costco Lake Zurich today. I got Costco Gas then stopped at the Costco tire center to have my nitrogen levels checked on my Costco purchased tires. My Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light was on. While waiting I removed all the green tire nozzle caps in anticipation of helping the tire mechanic out in the tire check process. After a couple of minutes a tire person came out and advised that they had been told not to do air checks today due to the low temperature. When I asked when i should come back he suggested I go to a gas station to get air put in the tires. I can understand not checking because of the cold temp that day. I remarked it would be nice if a sign was posted saying no air checks today due to low temperatures. I said this as a concerned Costco member so another Costco member does not go through the process of removing the tire nozzle caps like I did. I was also somewhat astonished that it was suggested i have air mixed with my nitrogen filled tires. I had been told by Costco not to do that when I got my new tires at Costco."

"We arrived just before the dinner rush it gets packed! They really rush you out; as we left we saw a lot of people waiting for tables. Half of our dishes came out immediately but was room temperature (rice, meat in the tacos the simpler dishes) while the fancier dishes came out *much* later and were piping hot (chile relleno). I wish they waited on making the faster dishes until they finished the other ones. With that being said, the food was very delicious. Tongue torta, chile relleno, steak gordita, chimichanga, excellent."
