"It's a bit misleading, we went on a Sunday night around 5:45 and it was closed. Plus I don't believe that it really is a Buffet style diner..at least not any kind of buffet that I have ever been to. Very disappointed."

"First time eating at a Firehouse subs very disappointed. I ordered online, for pickup. The email confirmation said the chips would be in the bag, when I got home, they weren’t. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer. I ordered one on wheat, both had white bread. They had soggy turkey shreds, way too much Mayo, and just a scattering of lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, etc. The girl who handed me my order was uncommunicative and unfriendly. I gave my experience 2 stars because as I was leaving, the young man behind the counter smiled and said thank you, have a nice day."

"I've never had a problem with my sub until today. I ordered the foot-long veggie and half of my lower parts was good, but the second side tasted as if it were cross-contamination with meat. I wanted to puke"
