"We were there for dinner and drinks and the place has not disappointed us! the quiche was really nice (although the portion could have been a bit bigger) and the croissant was also good. the banana milkshake was the best milkshake I ever had! I'd come back and get some if I could. very large selection of drinks, which was cool. everything in all was very nice, it can definitely recommend. only small minus point would be missing an English menu, but the girls who work here are helpful and attentive, and most dishes on the menu are easy to guess, even for someone who can't get German."

"Spreeblick is a great restaurant and bar I always look forward to visiting on any holiday I take to this most eclectic of cities. I love the look of this bar ,a cool interior with great decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving bar...and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy River Spree, this is were we chose to sit on a roasting hot Monday afternoon. A very pleasant member of staff served us a beer each,we opted to have that most German of beers namely Berliner Kindl beer, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and took in the great bar we were in, it was just so cool watching the tour boats plying their trade down the river while sipping our beers. My beer was exceptional, I really enjoy Berliner Kindl beer, it's such a light,hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste,very easy to drink,a beer style I really enjoy. We both really enjoyed our beers in here and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Spreeblick is easy to locate on Propststraße, in an area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, till Midnight. A great restaurant and bar, well worth checking out if your in the area"

"Stumbled upon this by chance from the Brandberg gate which is close by. Order a Berlin burger and was not disappointed very nice food. Staff were friendly. Nice atmosphere even when empty; always the sign of a decent restaurant. Decor was nice too."

"More cozy place and traditional German food with the excellent value for money that you can find anywhere in such (traditional) local in Germany, even if they are only a stone's throw away, as this one, from a famous place full of tourist. I have eaten a tasty Swabian suppe, with handmade ravioli in broth. faster and friendly service."

"They should probably come from lock bellevue, but we had tried a walk from our moabite apartment to the center and had bite off with a hopeless tired child more than we could. cabinett was a restaurant with sitting facilities (also looked good for local lunches), but with a cozy, unobstructed atmosphere. the owner had good English and an English menu, although he was not touristy at all and soon the berliner Frikadellen-Burger, whose names I forgot, and special "proud henry" sausages (ok, prouder heinrich) with bratkartoffeln and other nice ones below, along with an ice cream phantom. mama the owner came to see that we went well and we could say happy "that tastes!" I guess they don't need their habits (local enough,?) but they can certainly need this taste of the local berlins, as we certainly did - every feeling to be welcome. the location - ground floor of a residential block - is boring in the suburbs, but directly opposite the animal garden and the closed, they cannot be deterred from it!"
