"I regret going to Carmens. I ordered the 8 oz NY Strip Loin (medium rare) with roast vegetables and potatoes. What I received was an extremely poor cut of meat that was cooked well done for over half the steak, and the potatoes amounted to three small potato wedges. The vegetables were nicely prepared but two small florets of broccoli, two small tomatoes and some slices of onion is simply an undersized portion. Not only was the meal awful but I was overcharged on the bill. The waitress insisted that it was correct and I asked to see the menu and was forced to point out the error. I was then treated with terrible rudeness and no apology was offered for the error (which amounted to $7 but it is the principal). So an bad steak and bad service for $31.I regret setting foot in this place. I'm not sure the positive reviews are from people who have actually eaten here. A place best avoided."
