"It was a disappointing dinner. 7 guests, 3 pork belly’s, all fairly tough. One meal was late coming. Our wine was not cold. Dessert, told it was donuts with chocolate ganache. Then no ganache. When complained, the waitress brought out a bowl that was over cooked. On 2nd thoughts, should be a 2."

"RACECOURSE ROAD'S LYGON STREET: $18.50 Eggplant Parmigiana (traditional and perfect), Tuscan sangiovese $9 (glass) and very nice, Moretti beer presented with a big cold glass $8.50, and I'm satisfied and very pleased. A light breeze under the canvas and a place inside with a lot of style like Lygon Street Carlton's best, complete with photos from Italy. Not a huge meal but for $18.50 and at lunch time, I had more than I needed and felt comfortable. I felt like I was sitting in Tiamo in Carlton. Great service of course, and a real Italian business. You could bring a girlfriend here and she'd be saying later: Let's go back to Trattoria Italiana. Great place. I'll be back, or we'll be back. J"

"Was referred by a couple when ubering home. The place is clean and relatively new. Was even presented with a newspaper because I was on my own. Menu is simple and limited. Simply the best nasi Goreng in town. A small but, the thing missing was a bit of acar and cucumber to tomato on the side. It would've gotten 5 stars otherwise. Highly recommended."
