"The new owners have revamped the menu as well as given the inside a facelift! I’ve heard from multiple people that the new menu was delicious so we finally gave it a try. We started with the combo platter which came with a variety of dipping sauces. We especially enjoyed the “special sauce” which was the perfect blend of tangy and spice. For dinner, instead of ordering pizza, I tried the short rib tacos on special and I wasn’t disappointed! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Our 1st visit and we took my mom for her 99th birthday. Our waitress Christine was fabulous, the chef made a special batch of scallops for my mom. She got a 4 layer piece of cake with a candle. Food, staff and view were all outstanding. We'll be back for mom's 100th! Thank you"

"So I?m terribly disappointed today with this place. I come here all the time. My daughter orders for me all the time. Today I placed an order at 5:40. Man on phone repeated some of the order to me ie: tomatoes, toasted etc.. than told me number 67 about25 minutes. Myself and my husband got there at 6:10 pm. I can see him from my car, no one else is in place, just him. So insidewasn?t really busy, not to say they weren?t busy with phone orders, I don?t know. He waited about 10 minutes for someone to evenacknowledge him. The cook asked him, what his order was? He told him. And he said no order for it, no slip. The girl asks himwhat he ordered, again he tells her, no order. They tell him if he waits they can do it. My husband returns to car to tell mewhat?s going on. And I tell him we have waited long enough. So I look at my cell phone and yes it?s their number, so I get outof car and show them how I called them at 5:40. At this point they could have said sorry and things would have been ok, but no,now all of a sudden no one knows Santoros phone number, so I hit dial it rings. Again I hear I?m not sure that?s our number,again I hit dial it rings again, and I said pick it up it?s me. I hit dial again just to prove a point. Guy says if you wait wecan make your food. Girl asks again what we ordered for a third time. I said don?t bother I?ll just never come here again. Ifpeople working there do not want to be there, maybe they shouldn?t work there. Maybe they should have handled this a bitdifferent. You lost a customer that has been going to Santoros for years. Or maybe they just wanted to eat food we ordered, Idon?t know. But poor very poor customer service to an old customer."

"We just moved to Carver a month ago and we are obsessed with the Carver Mama Mias! The pizzas are amazing.... the crust is to die for. We've also ordered the pasta dinners numerous apps... We have yet to actually eat in the establishment just take out for now.. BUT consistently delicious food and we're forming a habit, lol I'm OK with it! , we order at least once a week "
