"Having visited Bills in Cheltenham today for lunch. My husband ordered the Classic Ceaser salad and myself ordered the Shawarma chicken with flatbread and pickles. When it came the chicken was cut into strips exactly the same as the chicken on the ceaser salad. It was cold the chicken was dry and hard and had no spices and seasoning on as described. The flatbread had no garlic and rosemary on as described on the menu. I asked the waitress to come over and tried to explain to her.She said the chicken was the same on both meals. Then the manager came over and he explained the chicken is grilled to order. I explained that for some thing to come from under a grill you wouldn’t expect it to be cold dry and some pieces hard. As for the classic ceaser salad no anchovies or Parmesan . The manager took the shawarma off the bill and we paid and left. Only to be spoke about by the girl behind the bar to a waitress then to top that off to be followed outside the restaurant to be asked If we had paid our bill I was so angry I thought this was so rude I would never walk out of anywhere without paying. One thing for certain I won’t be spending my hard earned cash in Bills again"

"Last night had organized an amazing meal in koj as a birthday contract by my man. we have chosen the meal for two, where koj her meal for her and it was brilliant. we really enjoyed the surprise of each course and it was a great opportunity to learn what we liked on the menu. will definitely be back in the future! thanks for a nice evening. the staff is so friendly and friendly. 100% recommend to all our friends and family."
