"This is a relatively new addition to the many options in the Minerva area. Nicely decorated, attentive staff and easy to understand menu. Choose your pasta(ravioli, fusilli, linguini, fettuccine or spaghetti), sauce, and protein(salmon, meatballs, cheese or bread). Notable creation was the Carpaccio de Sandia (watermelon carpaccio) marinated in balsamic vinaigrette, honey and fresh grated Parmesan. The mixed olive appetizer was also very good. We will return."
